Plasmid/Strain Request

How to request a plasmid/strain from the Winge lab:

We would be happy to provide you with any of our strains or plasmids. The materials will be sent via regular mail unless you include express mail billing information. Please note that strains are provided as either nutrient agar stab cultures or in foil pouches containing sterile filter paper saturated with a suspension of the desired cells. To recover the strains from the filter paper, simply streak filter paper across the surface of a petri plate containing the appropriate nutrient agar and culture the plate at 30°C.
